The problem
Field work happens where the network ends: in warehouses, basements, out in the country. Visit reports get written from memory in the evening, sample handovers end up on paper, expenses are reconstructed weeks later. In the pharma vertical, sample handovers must also be documented without gaps.
Our approach
Fieldora is built offline-first: the mobile app keeps all data locally in WatermelonDB and syncs through its own protocol, covered by golden tests, as soon as the network returns. The back office sees routes, visits and metrics in real time. Audit-relevant data — samples, signatures, audit log, expenses — is append-only, and every table carries row-level security with a two-role model against cross-tenant access.
